State Farm® Insurance Agent Greg Wilson

"Greg and his team, especially Jessica, are all incompetent, lazy, and do not truly care about their customers. State Farm decided to not renew my policy, which I am fine with. What I’m not okay with was that I have a local agent, that I used to have a great relationship with, and no one could be bothered to send me a text, email, or call to let me know I was being cancelled. They sent ONE letter (while I am on PAPERLESS billing), and when I called about it (after figuring it out on my own), I was told “no one in this office was aware”. What do you mean?? What is the point in having a local agent if they aren’t going to take care of you? After going back and forth with Jessica, Greg finally called me to offer me “help” which consisted of doing absolutely nothing for me other than giving me a phone number for corporate. Why would I want to call and deal with corporate when I have a LOCAL AGENT???? If I wanted to deal with a corporation, I would have purchased insurance online through geico or progressive. He and his office slacked on their jobs, and now are mad at me for calling them out on it. I was told one thing on the phone by Jessica. Then sent a text message saying she “misspoke”. Then got a call from Greg saying the text was mistaken as well… so you mean to tell me your team “misspoke” THREE different times, but then hung up on me because I said his office has made a lot of mistakes??? Completely unprofessional and an absolute nightmare to deal with. I loved State Farm as a company, but Greg Wilson isn’t the way to go. If you’re looking for insurance in the area, Cortney Gardner at State Farm in Caruthersville, Seth Holifield at State Farm in Blytheville, or Anita Hart at State Farm in Dyersburg are all better options than Greg. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!"

"Like a good neighbor, State Farm was NOT there. After nearly a decade of business with them, they dropped me, and didn’t even have the decency to let me know. They said I was sent a letter of non-renewal that they admitted to me was SENT BACK TO THEM bc it was undeliverable to my address. No one thought to call, text, send an email, NOTHING. Dropped me without a word. My “agent” was Greg Wilson, who I’ve never even spoken to, and my CSR was Jessica Branham. Do NOT go there!!!!! Cortney Gardner in Caruthersville is a much better agent and never did me wrong. I should have never switched. I only switched bc I valued and respected Jessica so much. HUGE mistake on my part."
